The FAM women have many years of experience in counselling highly qualified women and a detailed knowledge of the specific situation of returners after a family leave.

The individuality of their counselling which also takes into consideration the personal situation of the women in search of advice represents the counselling’s outstanding quality. The aim is to sustainably improve the women‘s occupational situation and / or to fundamentally support them when taking over managerial responsibilities.

In addition to the personal counselling, occupational aspects are being addressed and intensively trained in workshops and events.

Currently, FAM is running two projects:

  • power_m Infopoint and Mentoring
